Tori connected to the Solana Center back in 2016 when she became a Certified Master Composter. The Master Composter course jump started her interest in zero waste and food recovery.
She went on to further her education at UC Davis where she continued to learn more about waste reduction strategies.
Tori has returned to Solana Center to help aid the San Diego community reduce the amount of food waste going into the landfill. Her favorite part of working at Solana Center is seeing the community members enthusiasm as they learn how to decrease their environmental footprint.
