THE FAMILY COMPOST COURSE HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY POSTPONED. A new date in early 2022 will be selected soon and registration will reopen at that time. Please email kelsea@solanacenter.org with any questions.
Does your family include a child who's a budding scientist, garden enthusiast, or conservationist in-the-making? Or perhaps you're planning to compost at home, but want to get the whole family on board to make it a success. If so, this course will help kickstart your shared composting adventure. Through elementary-level lessons, hands-on experience, and engaging activities, Solana Center's staff will teach your family everything you need to compost with confidence, all presented in a way that's fun and intuitive for kids.
Classes will be conducted outside at a family home in Fallbrook. The address will be shared in a welcome mailer one week before the course starts.
