In composting, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Good technique when building your backyard compost pile can encourage efficient decomposition, minimize time needed for maintenance, and address common challenges. Our experienced educators will help you to choose and prepare your materials, understand the needs of a well-balanced compost pile, and put it all together for happy composting.
