Composting and Watershed Protection Tour

We invite you to tour the ecologically resilient system supported by stormwater containment systems and composting processes at San Diego Country Estates Association International Equestrian Center in Ramona, a publicly-accessible demonstration site.

Tour Details:

• Meet at the office building to check-in by 9 AM
• Please do not wander and explore the site without the group
• If you arrive late, call Jessica at (760) 436-7986 x713
• Wear closed-toed shoes
• Masks are mandatory if you are not vaccinated
• We suggest you bring: hat, sunscreen, drinking water
• Be prepared for variable weather conditions, including strong winds
• Expect a ½-mile hike uphill to the composting area
• Request ADA parking in advance
• Due to COVID, we are not offering a carpool option
