Our workshop will help your family set up the perfect home for your wiggly friends. This is Part 2 of our 3-part Family Fun series, "Support Global Worming!" in partnership with Alpine Branch Library.
Creating a happy home for composting worms is the first step toward turning your kitchen scraps into tasty food for your plants. In this 1-hour presentation, your family will learn about the needs of red wiggler worms and how to prepare bedding, introduce and feed your worms, and ensure your wiggly friends are comfortable in their new home.
Unincorporated San Diego County residents who attend 2 or more workshops in this series will receive a FREE kitchen scrap container! Limit 1 per family.
