Free Manure Management & Composting Workshop- Fallbrook

Registration is closed for this event
*NOTE: A server error is causing discrepancies in event times listed across our website. The correct time for this event is 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST.* This workshop will show you how to produce a fantastic soil amendment from composted livestock manure using management practices that protect local waterways.

Improper disposal of manure is unsightly, breeds flies, and can create health hazards for both people and livestock. Using composted manure on your garden and landscaping will help your plants thrive. Applied compost holds and retains water, too! Come join us at Fallbrook farm and learn the basics of traditional composting as well as the particulars associated with composting horse manure on-site.
