Help a Solana Center educator teach 70 kids in one day about the wonders of composting and how they can reduce their environmental impact by keep waste out of the trash. The day will be packed with presentations one after another to rotating groups of Boys and Girls Club members excited to meet our composting critters. We need our volunteers help inspire all these kids to care for their planet!

In this presentation, you will assist with:

  • Setting up our presentation area (tables, chairs, props, etc)
  • Advancing PowerPoint slides or handling our flip chart
  • Caring for our worms at work
  • Assisting with student engagement
