Support the Solana Center team at our home base and help teach Pacific Ridge 8th graders all about compost and its importance to maintaining a healthy earth. As a volunteer, you will help our staff engage our students through interactive demonstrations and inspire students to adopt sustainable practices in their own lives.
Volunteer support can also include the following:
- Setting up / breaking down demo site
- Advancing PowerPoint slides or flipping our educational chart
- Engaging students in activities related to the lesson
- 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
