Participant Feedback

“The information provided about schools will be immensely helpful to me, as schools are the primary FGE in my jurisdiction. I was unaware they weren’t allowed to send food home with Staff or Students, most of the schools around here have a couple dozen students and that has been common practice for years. This discovery will have a big impact on the community.” – Environmental Health Specialist & course participant

“I really appreciate how these instructors captured the attitude of how business managers are really like during inspections. I appreciate how these mock scenarios are realistic and challenge us to bring out the knowledge we learned in the lesson.” – City Recycling Programs Specialist & course participant

“With SB 1383 implementation requiring a lot of TLC, this training has brought insight to a part of the law that I am trying to obtain familiarity with. Just in the overview day, I have learned more about the regulation and am excited to review the remaining coursework.”  – City Employee & course participant
