Solana Center sells rain barrels for $97 year-round at our store in Encinitas. Click here for more details and to place your order. All orders placed using that link must be picked up in Encinitas.

Rain Barrel Discount Details
Purchase:
- Rain barrels are $22 each for City of San Diego Residents after the $75 discount (original price $97).
- Limit of 2 per household. Two per household limit includes all discounted rain barrels purchased since the promotion started in 2023.
- Rain barrel sales close two weeks before the event to ensure inventory is available. Limited quantities, discount available while supplies last.

- City of SD residents may receive a $1.50/gallon rebate on the purchase of non-discounted rain barrels and cisterns. Learn more.
- Additional rebates are available for qualifying residents through SoCal WaterSmart which can bring the cost of of your barrels to $0 each. Rebate is limited to two barrels per person. Rebate dependent on application approval. Learn more about rebates at SoCalWaterSmart.org or read our rebate FAQ. Rebates generously provided by the San Diego Water Authority. Pick up:
- Barrels can fit in the average two-door sedan.
- Must arrive during the designated window to pick up your barrel(s) at the event you selected upon ordering.
- After you place your order you will get an email with more instructions before the event, save this for reference!
